Πληγώνεσαι.
Συνήθως από κάτι πιο σκληρό, πιο δυνατό από σένα (σίδερο καλή ώρα…)
Στην αρχή δε δίνεις σημασία αλλά γρήγορα η πληγή σε κάνει ευαίσθητο, ευάλωτο, ζαλίζεσαι και τα χάνεις.
Ζητάς βοήθεια… σε περιποιούνται, σε καθησυχάζουν και νιώθεις καλύτερα… αφού κάνουν-πουν τα βασικά, οι γύρω σου παύουν να ανησυχούν, λένε ένα «όλα θα πάνε καλά, δεν είναι τίποτα» και
μένεις μόνος.
Η βασική οδηγία είναι μία: Δεν ασχολείσαι με το τραύμα σου!
Δεν το ακουμπάς γιατί θα πονέσεις! Και ίσως ξανανοίξεις την πληγή!
Δεν το σκέφτεσαι γιατί τότε άθελά σου το ακουμπάς και πονάς!
Δεν το σκαλίζεις πώς το λένε!

Μόνος περιποιείσαι τώρα την πληγή. Την καθαρίζεις, κλαις λιγάκι, παίρνεις βαθιές ανάσες, συνηθίζεις στη θέα του τραύματος…
….αυτό μπορεί να επαναληφθεί πολλές φορές… αναλόγως πόσο μεγάλο είναι το τραύμα, ώστε να αργήσει πολύ να κλείσει, και πόσο άπειρο πλάσμα είσαι, ώστε να ξεχνιέσαι, να το σκαλίζεις και να το ανοίγεις!
Κάθε φορά που ξεπλένεις το αίμα και αλλάζεις τις γάζες γίνεσαι όλο και πιο σκληρό πλάσμα!
Τελικά έρχεται κάποια στιγμή που
η θέα της πληγής δε σε τρομάζει και δε σου φέρνει αναγούλα πια!
Μετά
αρχίζει η επούλωση. Επιτέλους έμαθες, αποστασιοποιήθηκες από το τραύμα, αλλά πρόσεχες κιόλας. Και η πληγή αρχίζει να κλείνει!
Το δέρμα θέλει να θρέψει και σε τραβάει!
Σε πονάει… μα γιατί πονάει τόσο?
Πονάει πιο πολύ κι από όταν χτύπησες!
Πιο πολύ και από τότε που άνοιγε ξανά και ξανά η πληγή… πονάει, τραβάει…
Υποφέρεις… αλλά δεν κλαις… σφίγγεις τα δόντια και σκέφτεσαι «γιατρεύομαι.. είναι καλός αυτός ο πόνος… είναι λυτρωτικός!»…
Μετά από λίγο
ξέρεις ότι η πληγή έχει θρέψει.
Ότι μπορείς να ακουμπήσεις και πάλι το ευαίσθητο δέρμα σου και δεν θα ματώσει!
Δεν τολμάς όμως να ακουμπήσεις το σημείο όπου ήταν το τραύμα..
Φοβάσαι... Έχεις μάθει να μην το ακουμπάς και το αποφεύγεις ασυναίσθητα (ακριβώς όπως στην αρχή το χέρι σου πήγαινε ασυναίσθητα σε εκείνο το σημείο!)…
Κάποια στιγμή, εντελώς κατά λάθος, το αγγίζεις! Πατάς το πόδι σου στο έδαφος και βλέπεις ότι όλα είναι φυσιολογικά! Δεν πονάς καθόλου!
Όλα λειτουργούν και πάλι σωστά!
Όλα? …ρωτάς τον εαυτό σου φοβισμένα…
Ναι όλα… απλά τώρα είσαι λίγο πιο προσεχτικός όταν συναντάς στο δρόμο σου σίδερα, μπάζα, ξύλα, λακκούβες, πέτρες, βράχους και οτιδήποτε μπορεί να σε τραυματίσει!
Δεν μοιάζουν πολύ τα συναισθηματικά με τα επιδερμικά τραύματα?…
(η πληγή στο ποδαράκι ήδη άρχισε να κλείνει… πονάει απίστευτα!
...παρατηρώντας τα στάδια του ποδιού βλέπω ότι έχω περάσει από όλα αυτά τα στάδια φέτος… σε άλλους τομείς… ψυχικούς… και τελικά το βασικό είναι ότι είναι απαραίτητο να περάσεις από ΟΛΑ αυτά τα στάδια!
